Her birth name is Christina Haack in Anaheim, California on the 9th of July, 1983. Her first job post-school was as a real estate agent. This is where she got to know Tarek. In 2008, following the crash of the stock market, numerous real estate investors and home flippers were unable to make their profits. Tarek El Moussa & Christina El Moussa were nearly bankrupted by the stock market crash of 2008. Following their move from a home that was costing them $6,000 a year, to a new apartment that cost $700, they almost lost all their possessions. Both their business and economy overall slowly regenerated. HGTV and Rise to Fame Tarek enlisted a buddy to help make an HGTV video audition in the year 2011. The tape showed Tarek and Christina teaming up in flipping the house. Pie Town Productions executive received the tape. They fell in love with Tarek and Christina. The couple in 2012 agreed to a formal contract with HGTV. The series "Flip of Flop" began its run on April 13, 2013. Over the course of seven seasons, this show ran from 2013 until 2017. Christina and Tarek bought homes in Orange County that were usually middle income houses. They spent the next weeks renovating the house so they could sell the property for profit. Tarek concentrates on demolition and renovation, and Christina is in charge of designing. She makes sure the project is completed on time.
